What You'll Do
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Director of Executive Recruiting will build and lead the Samsung Semiconductor Talent Acquisition Executive search strategy and key activities including executive and leadership-level candidate identification, engagement, and long-term cultivation. This role is critical to Samsung Semiconductor's long-term success and will be a strategic partner with executive leaders at the company.
Location: Fully Remote, with the opportunity to work from anywhere in the United States.
