Manage and oversee the team primarily responsible for awarding, troubleshooting, reporting, and reconciling federal grant and work programs; e.g., Pell, SEOG, IASG, Federal TEACH Grant, and FWS. Supervise a team of financial aid staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery to students and families. Manage and oversee team primarily responsible for federal and state loan programs including Federal Direct Loans and Federal Plus Loans, as well as state and private loan programs. Assess, develop, and implement policies and procedures to streamline financial aid processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations. Coordinates team training needs and provides ongoing staff development related to federal, state, and institutional regulations/policies and practices.
