Job Description:
The Director of Digital Consulting is responsible for all aspects of Digital Consulting at Ansira. The person in this role acts as the strategic advisor to OEM clients and the Ansira field consulting teams. They will oversee program strategy, ad hoc requests, problem resolution and communications to drive program success within the dealer network. They will also ensure the highest levels of customer service, delivery and execution of Brand program objectives and standards. This role is also responsible for business development of the Digital Consulting practice, pursuing organic opportunities with existing clients and supporting new business efforts outside of current logos.Key requirements for this role are strong leadership and subject matter expertise in digital marketing, especially in the automotive and retail space. Demonstrated success in selling and growing client revenue - both in new logos and existing clients. In addition, there is a focus on creative problem solving, cause/effect selling expertise and impact storytelling that identifies solutions to address client challenges, provides proactive communication, and elicits a passion for client success.PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
  • Serves as the lead contact for OEM Digital Consulting programs to provide exceptional service to OEM Client, internal field consulting teams and OEM field teams.
  • Develops positive relationships with OEM Corporate clients, Digital Marketing and Lead Management departments, regions and areas.
  • Continuously monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction with the goal of improving client NPS scores YoY.
  • Responds to specific national OEM Digital Marketing project requests to support program analysis, trends, research and thought leadership in advancing national Digital Marketing Consulting and Lead Management program initiatives.
  • Develops and implements program launches and initiatives with regional partners in conjunction with OEM, provides performance Dashboard data results.
  • Produces a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) showcasing the overall performance improvement of dealers including program ROI and a recap of successes and opportunities.
  • Manages National Program billing and budgets.
  • Plans, coordinates and executes bi-annual National Training Meetings (NTM) venue, content and delivery.
  • Trains, mentors and evaluates the performance of the Lead Program Managers, the Lead Digital Operations Consultant & the Learning and Development manager, encouraging professional development, motivation, objective setting and evaluation, managing personnel requirements with flexibility, initiative and follow-through.
  • Identifying and interviewing Program Manager & Digital Operations Consultant candidates nationally.
  • Continuously communicates and executes OEM client goals and initiatives to internal teams to successfully meet set forth objectives.
  • Utilizes effective presentation, facilitation skills, attends regional meetings, and delivers brand sponsored presentation meetings such as Regional Org. Meetings, OEM initiatives, etc.., as required.
  • Responsible for financial health and revenue growth across assigned programs.
  • Manages consulting program billing and budgets.
  • Leads forecasting, scoping/billing, contract management and opportunity management.
  • Accountable for identifying, pitching, and converting growth opportunities in consideration of revenue growth goals.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILLITIES:
  • Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 10+ years of compatible automotive/agency business experience with previous supervisory responsibilities, excellent leadership, judgment and mentoring skills with a track record of successful people management.
  • Possesses significant program/project management and automotive retail, website and Internet operations process experience.
  • Strong business planning and relationship management, with business development, sales, customer service experience, preferably with automotive retail digital/website marketing experience.
  • A thought leader, comfortable speaking from a position of knowledge with clients and industry leaders and delivering value to our clients beyond what's scoped.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management, including ability to coach/mentor direct reports.
  • Fast paced, multi-tasking, assertive, ability to switch gears quickly, adaptive nature required; Solution oriented and resolution focused
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management, fellow team members, and all clients with a high degree of professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

  • Air, train, automobile travel, valid passport, driver's license
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (client and internal meetings/conferences/interactions)
