Please note that this position is based in San Diego, CA. Acadia's hybrid model requires this role to work in our office three days per week on average.
Responsibilities:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA a plus. Requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in finance or financial systems. An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered.
Key Candidate Qualities:Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of functional area objectives and their impact on, and interaction with, other functions within the organization. Erroneous decisions will have a serious impact on the overall success of functional, or company operations.
Compensation and Benefits:In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on factors such as individual and organizational performance. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance, and location.
Salary Range: $175,000 — $219,300 USD.
