This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial oversight and providing strategic partnership to the Sr. Leadership team of Verint Global Support Functions. The Director will work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, strategic planning, cost management and coordinating cross functional, operational project management.Key Responsibilities:Leading the financial operations team, including hiring, training, and performance managementProvides strategic partnership and guidance to the senior leadership team of the Administrative Office Group, delivering insights, solutions, and expertise in both operational and financial domainsResponsible for developing financial strategies, preparing budgets, and conducting financial analysis to support business decisionsEnsuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirementsIdentifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate themCollaborating with other departments to develop and implement business strategiesMonitoring and controlling costs to achieve efficiency targetsLead and manage cross-functional projects and special initiatives for the CAOResolve non-recurring organizational challenges, such as standardizing contractor vendor use, data consolidation, provider selection, and rate card managementSupport large-scale, high-stakes negotiations with vendorsBring teams together to resolve issues and execute specific non-recurring plansMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience10+ years of experience in business finance with expertise in an enterprise IT environment coupled with 8+ years of progressive people management experienceUnderstanding of enterprise-level change management and organizational developmentInsight into the competitive landscape and emerging technologies relevant to enterprise ITAbility to lead and manage large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple departmentsFamiliarity with advanced analytics, business intelligence (BI) tools, and big data technologiesExperience with Oracle EBS preferredSuccessful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
