This position will supervise two direct reports, report directly to the CFO, and be a member of the Finance Leadership Team. This position will involve working closely with senior-level staff and having exposure to the Executive Leadership Team.Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other quantitative discipline
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience with FP&A in a corporate setting, with at least $100M in annual revenues.Who You Are
- Experience hiring, developing, and managing direct reports.
- Demonstrated expertise in process design and implementation.
- Strong familiarity with ERP systems, FP&A best practices, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented self-starter, with the initiative to drive projects to timely conclusion.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), including the ability to balance business partnership with accountability and create rapport with non-financial colleagues.What You'll Do
- Financial point of contact for key stakeholders across multiple functions, providing guidance on financial performance and ad-hoc analytics.
- Collaborate with various departments including accounting, operations, IT, development, and programs to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to financial planning and analytics.
- Lead the annual budgeting process; create financial models, including forecasting and planning to support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain FP&A's key highlights/KPIs.
- Manage monthly financial review of revenue and expenses and create ad-hoc reports, analyses, and presentations, including for the Board of Directors.
- Refine data systems and tools to track performance, provide reporting solutions, and enhance operational oversight.
- Work collaboratively with the accounting department to support the closing process and audit.
- Lead, coach, and develop a senior financial analyst.
- Timely preparation of all finance-related materials and supporting documentation for grant proposals, funding renewals, budgets, etc.
- Track all grant funding across the organization.
- Develop and maintain uniform financial reporting for all grant proposals and reporting.
- Monitor grant spending and progress and update Finance & Development accordingly.Schedule
