Radial is seeking a Director (Fulfillment Technology) to be focused on the onboarding configuration, testing and support tasks associated with launching new clients on our fulfillment technology products (WMS, TMS, MHE, Reporting) across our growing multi-tenant fulfillment centers. Reporting to Vice President of Technology and working with Regional VP's and Site Directors from both technology and operations organizations based at the fulfillment centers, this position will be key to manage a large team responsible for all aspects of the client onboarding lifecycle from design through to implementation and post go-live support. The successful candidate will have proven implementation and management experience with tier 1 warehouse management applications, a strong technology management background with technical exposure, and experience working within cross-functional teams. This position is a critical team member in ensuring rapid and successful client facing launches in a mission-critical, high availability environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide technology architecture guidance, support and coordination to internal business stakeholder and IT systems teams.
+ Optimize, scale and automate the systems to support the fulfillment processes.
+ Ensure technical integration is achieved across the technology using the best practices or by API First approach.
+ Evaluate the impact of enterprise architecture products and services on IT investments, business operations, stakeholder satisfaction and other outcomes.
+ Develop and execute strategic plans in support of key objectives in a timely and fiscally responsible manner.
+ Establish and nurture strategic vendor relationships, and influence vendors to align to domain, portfolio, and enterprise strategic objectives.
+ Drive growth for the business by applying technical and domain expertise to provide thought leadership and translate vision into action.
+ Identifies and uses various criteria (e.g., time, budget, etc.) to determine IT success and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
+ Develop, plan, and implement sustainable, repeatable, and reliable processes; oversees processes.
+ Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to direct reports. Manage and coordinate strategic direction for staff.

Education Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related field of study plus two (5) years of experience in the job offered or two (5) years of experience in the field of software engineering or program analysis or Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent Computer Science, Engineering or closely related field of study plus five (10) years of experience in the job offered or five (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering or program analysis.
