Director, Global Campaigns and Demand Generation

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Director of Global Campaigns and Demand Generation to join our dynamic team. This role combines strategic planning, creative execution, and data-driven insights to drive demand and build awareness for Fortinet's offerings globally. You will play a critical role in defining and executing a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy that aligns with Fortinet's brand and growth objectives. This role requires a unique combination of campaign expertise, demand generation experience, and a passion for impactful, measurable marketing.
Responsibilities
- Campaign and Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and lead an integrated campaign strategy to promote Fortinet's cybersecurity leadership, supporting top-tier product launches and global campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Demand Generation: Drive strategy and execution of demand generation programs, supporting the BDR team in generating marketing-qualified leads and pipeline through data-driven strategies, lead nurturing, and top-of-funnel activities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Content, Creative, Social, Product Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive execution and alignment of global and regional marketing efforts.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use analytics to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign and demand generation performance, reporting results and insights to leadership to guide ongoing improvements and support ROI.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing and diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation supports both brand goals and revenue targets, optimizing for high ROI.
Your Experience
- 12+ years of B2B Marketing Experience: Proven track record in global campaigns and demand generation, with a preference for candidates experienced in cybersecurity or high-growth technology.
- Launch & GTM Expertise: Demonstrated experience creating and executing go-to-market plans, including cross-functional integration across corporate communications, web, channel, and sales enablement.
- ABM and Data-Driven Marketing: Strong understanding of account-based marketing strategies, MarTech landscape, and a data-driven approach to targeting, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
- Global Perspective: Experience managing campaigns across diverse markets and cultures, adapting strategies for regional nuances.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership capabilities with experience managing and growing teams, and strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement across functions.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: Required to demonstrate the foundational knowledge and skills to succeed in this role.
