Job Requisition ID #24WD78053Position OverviewAutodesk's Digital Media Center (DMC) is a center of excellence that supports and advises internal stakeholders with digital media best practices to improve business outcomes. The organization operates in a hybrid model with in-house and agency resources, consisting of digital media planners, optimizers, analysts, and execution experts across paid search, display advertising, social media, and emerging platforms. As a digital center of excellence, the team ensures that best practices and innovation are implemented across all activities. This role could be based anywhere in the US near an Autodesk office.This position requires a unique combination of digital media domain strength, leadership and people management. You will guide a team of 20+ and must align closely with extended teams across WWM to support holistic paid media and owned media activities. The mission of the Paid Media team is to ensure stakeholder satisfaction by aligning to goals and activating and reporting on digital media performance. You will be presenting actionable insights with performance improvement recommendations, designing experimentation test plans for optimal conversion, and evolving our in-house media capabilities to stay ahead of modern marketing technologies and strategies.You will lead the strategy around how the team supports an increasing number of internal stakeholders and increasing budgets. You will ensure tracking and measurement, and that ROAS and ROMI are improved.This is a position will report to the Sr Director, Global Demand & Media Center.ResponsibilitiesDirectly oversee all aspects of paid digital media execution and optimization, including managing the internal team, contractors and downstream agenciesManage large media partner relationships (I.e. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)Track overall paid media success against KPIs and communicate results to broader teamReview in-flight performance, ensuring teams are optimizing to targets and proposing changes based on performanceProvide leadership, advocating for the most effective approaches to paid media activationMaintain alignment with marketing operations teams (MOT) and extended engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and digital media optimization & performance is being evaluated properlyCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on budgets, volume, quality and return goalsMinimum Qualifications8+ years experience in paid media strategy and execution, in either an in-house or agency roleBachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or related fieldExperience managing large global teams of at least 25+Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels across SEM, social, display and programmatic platforms, video streaming, etc. designed for brand-to-demand effortsExperience with multi-touch attribution and media mix modelingDirect experience with the predominant ad platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Adwords, DV360, Demandbase, TradeDesk, YouTube, etcExperience with ad operations, media reporting and QA, including implementation of UTMs, ad serving and pixelsAn understanding of the evolving MarTech space in order to communicate and orchestrate complex campaigns across multiple channelsExperience using digital media analytics and reporting tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.)Experience establishing communication with many different groups and working collaboratively with people who are diverse in background and geographyPassion for digital marketing and connecting stakeholders with a path to the most effective digital media approachesPreference for B2B experience but open to B2C depending on qualificationsEnterprise software and SaaS industry experience advantageousLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $148,600 and $240,350. Offers are based on the candidate s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
