Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-growth company? We're seeking a Director of Global Workplace Operations to lead our efforts in shaping the future of our workplace and ensure it aligns with the company's rapid expansion and evolving needs.
What we're looking for: We need an experienced, forward-thinking leader to manage strategic planning, leasing, and development across our global portfolio. Your ability to balance operational excellence with innovation will help us create inspiring, efficient, and compliant workspaces that fuel our hyper-growth trajectory.
Your Impact: In this role, you will lead and mentor a global team, manage real estate portfolios, and collaborate across departments to implement cutting-edge workplace strategies. You'll drive operational efficiency, manage complex projects, and continuously improve our workplace experience, ensuring seamless support for our rapidly expanding company.
What will you do?
* Lead a high-performing team to establish and maintain workplace standards across global regions.
* Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration within the workplace operations team.
* Oversee all aspects of expansion planning, including site selection, financial analysis, design, and construction.
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
* Manage real estate portfolios, space planning, and forecasting growth needs.
* Drive continuous process improvements to optimize cost, efficiency, and operational excellence.
* Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for global workplace operations.
* Partner with key stakeholders (People, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal etc.) to deliver strategic workplace initiatives.
* Develop and manage both Opex and Capex budgets.
* Communicate workplace strategies and initiatives effectively using reports, dashboards, presentations etc.
* Explore and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance workplace operations and employee experiences.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the workplace operations team and with other teams.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
* 7+ years of global workplace operations management and real estate leadership experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
* Proven leadership experience in managing global teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity with ease.
* A hands-on approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
* Direct experience with real estate, project management, facilities, and office services functions, ideally in a headquarters environment.
* Working knowledge and understanding of real estate-related processes: strategic sourcing, supply chain management, facilities management, location management, lease transaction management, and other standards, policies, metrics, and best practices.
* Superb Excel, Google Sheets and presentation skills.
* Fluent English
* BS/BA in Business, Finance or Real Estate, MBA or MS a plus.

Base Salary Range
$172,500-$259,000 USD
