As Director of HR Shared Services, you will lead and manage our shared services team, focusing on optimizing business processes, improving efficiency, and driving high service levels across the organization. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Workday, as well as a strong understanding of shared services functions such as HR, payroll, finance, and IT. You will oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of shared services strategies and Workday solutions to support organizational growth and ensure seamless service delivery.

This position is a hybrid role, on-site 3 days per week at one of the following office locations: Chevy Chase, MD; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Fredericksburg, VA; Lakeland, FL; Tucson, AZ; Virginia Beach, VA.

Annual Salary: $119,000.00 - $224,000.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
