PURPOSE OF THE ROLE - The Director - Human Resources will serve as the lead people professional for a major EPC project, initially based in Houston, with frequent travel to the project site in Cameron, Louisiana. This role is integral to partnering with project leadership to drive effective people management strategies, foster an inclusive and high-performing workforce, and support sustainability initiatives.
