The Human Resources (HR) Director will lead HR strategy and initiatives for U.S. Operations and Quality Assurance at Integra LifeSciences. The HR Director is a key member of the HR Global Operations, Quality and Regulatory team and a strategic business partner with senior leadership to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and enhancing employee engagement across all levels of the organization. This role is also a key member of the Extended Operations & Quality leadership teams demonstrating strong business partnership with executive leaders to enable a high-performance culture. This role will be the primary HR leader on-site at Integra's Collagen Manufacturing Center in Plainsboro, NJ. In addition, this role will support executive leaders in global supply chain and procurement while leading a team of human resources business partners across seven U.S. manufacturing facilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Team Leadership: Develop a team of HR business partners to effectively engage and coach business leaders, helping build capabilities and develop talent for a high performing HR organization in support of operations and quality assurance. Coach, develop and foster a culture of inclusion and development.

* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and quality assurance. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning to develop people strategies to meet long range planning priorities.

* Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies. Design and implement training, talent review and succession planning programs with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to enhance skills and competencies within the workforce. Partner with Talent Acquisition to build proactive talent pipeline for future organizational needs to enable business success.

* Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives. Address employee concerns and conflicts while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in collaboration with HR team members the Sr Manager, Employee Relations in the HR Operations Centers of Excellence.

* Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and high performance in collaboration with our HR Centers of Excellence. Coach managers and HR team members on effective performance evaluation techniques and goal setting.

* Compensation and Benefits: Analyze and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and drive a pay for performance culture.

* Organizational Development: Lead organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and succession planning to meet the evolving needs of the business. Enable leaders to assess capabilities gaps and talent strategies to meet long-range planning.

* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Harmonize site-based practices across the U.S. manufacturing facilities to ensure equitable employee treatment.

* Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a workforce that reflects our diverse customer base and fosters innovation.

* HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Enable the business to make data driven decision making and HR talent strategies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

* Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience, Master's degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent education and years of experience.

* Minimum 10+ years leading through influence, minimum 3+ years of experience in directly managing HR team members.

* This is a hybrid role to be on-site (four days per week on-site, one day per week remote) in our Plainsboro, NJ site. Travel up to 30% required.

* Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory experience preferred.

* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements specific to the medical device industry.

* Proven experience in driving change management.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

* Strong facilitation skills, business acumen, analytical, strategic and critical thinking skills

* People-centered change management skills, agile and resilient

* Good understanding of HR analytics, plus ability to synthesize and connect multiple inputs and translate them into simple solutions and messages.

* Ability to influence leaders in a matrix environment with strong interpersonal skills and effectiveness, strong coaching skills.

* Ability to coach, mentor and advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals

* Strong project management skills, leading strategic HR initiatives

* Experience with HR systems & tools, Workday preferred

* Good judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers and employees

* Ability to demonstrate Integra values and an enterprise mindset.
