Title: Director of Industry & Product DevelopmentLocation: White Plains, NY (1-day onsite, 4-days remote)Note: This position is NOT open to C2C CandidatesThe Director of Industry & Product Development will direct consumer and industry research in support of product development, marketing strategies and tactics, customer satisfaction, and Contact Center Management. They will also be responsible for the development of new consumer and industry surveys and research programs.Position Responsibilities• Directing consumer research projects to gain insights into consumer behaviors to help develop marketing plans, including testing advertising concepts and materials, and managing new product ideas• Directing customer satisfaction programs, including their design and implementation, and providing ongoing direction for program(s)• Gathering, analyzing, and presenting industry data, including competitive analysis of industry trends, products, and competitors• Providing support to Sr. Management and Marketing Departments on ad-hoc research projects• Providing research and project management to support the development of affinity relationships• Managing relationships with external research partners, including developing new relationships and/or sources of informationPosition Qualifications• 5+ years of relevant industry experience with insurance products; 3+ years of strong project management experience• Advanced skills in competitive intelligence analysis and analyzing life insurance industry data• Strong experience conducting consumer research, including designing, creating, and deploying research• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field requiredIf you're interested in this job opportunity, please apply to this job posting or email a copy of your resume to Devon Apel at ...@alinestaffing.com!
