+ The Director, Inflight will lead, plan, and oversee all aspects of assigned flight attendant bases.
**What you'll do**
+ Leads, develops, and motivates Inflight management teams across multiple locations to drive accountability and results for base operational effectiveness
+ Partners with the Inflight Attendance and Performance teams to ensure that flight attendants adhere to policies and procedures
+ Collaborate with station leadership to drive operational metrics
+ Act as an escalation point for flight attendants
+ Establish and maintain relationships with local APFA reps to reach balanced decisions for the company and the Flight Attendants

**Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience**
+ Demonstrates the highest level of ethics and integrity
+ Bachelor's Degree in relevant studies, or equivalent experience/training; Advanced Degree preferred, FAA certificate a plus
+ 7 years of experience in aviation leadership; contract labor experience preferred
+ Ability and willingness to travel as necessary
+ Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and set clear expectations for Inflight base leadership
+ Ability to build and facilitate long-term relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
+ Ability to delegate effectively and handle multiple responsibilities, manage available resources, make timely decisions, and understand the impact of those decisions on others
+ Ability to demonstrate time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
+ Ability to demonstrate flexibility and work a varied schedule
+ Ability and willingness to remain current with industry practices and developments
+ Mentoring and relationship building skills with ability to manage group and interpersonal conflict situations
