This is an excellent opportunity to support and grow a multi Billion dollar written premium book of business.The focus for this role is Massachusetts with a focus on homeowner.Responsible to drive strategic vision and of state growth and profitability. Overlook the state business health and take appropriate actionsDevelop underwriting and inspection strategy by formsLeads the strategy and execution of state pricing, underwriting, forms and regulatory filingsLeads the continuous improvement of data & analyticsManaging a teamEducation: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience preferred.Experience: 9 - 11 years or Master's Degree equivalent plus 7 - 9 years.Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Three or more years of supervisory/managerial experience. Expertise in personal lines essential.
