Arixa Capital (Company) is seeking a Director, Investor Relations & Business Development to support the
Company's growth and development as one of the leading non-bank real estate lenders in the Western U.S.
Arixa is truly differentiated in our market. Arixa is both an investment manager and a lending platform, while our competition is almost exclusively lenders who do not manage their own funds. With our 14-year investment track record and over $4 billion dollars funded, Arixa has earned the trust of both retail and institutional investors. This allows Arixa to customize solutions for borrowers without the approval of 3rd parties who may not understand our business or clients. Arixa also manages money for top tier institutional investors, giving Arixa substantial capacity for future growth.
We place organizational health at the top of our priority list. In 2018, Arixa undertook an exercise to place organizational health at the center of our business model, using the framework in Patrick Lencioni's book, The Advantage: Why Organizational Health Trumps Everything Else in Business. The result was a playbook that incorporates input from every Arixa team member, making sure that we remain aligned, and that everyone knows what is most important – covering our mission, our values, and our top priorities each year.
