Open and maintain banking accounts, and manage financial transactionsSearch for local IT talent and manage the recruitment processSource and secure an appropriate office space for the companyCommunicate with external accountants to manage financial reporting and complianceDraft employment contracts and manage all HR-related mattersLiaising with external consultants (legal) and authoritiesSupporting the relocated employees (acquiring all necessary documents)Resolve all issues with the local companyRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English or Russian
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
