+ Curriculum Adherence: Follow established curriculum guidelines and learn best practices through training to effectively deliver programs.
+ Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and children, addressing concerns and gathering feedback to enhance the overall experience.
+ Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including scheduling classes, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications:
