Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions with clients
• Develop and implement personalized mentoring plans
• Provide strategic guidance and support to clients in achieving their career goals
• Track client progress and outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Create new leads through social media engagement ie Linkedin, Google, and such (support provided)

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 8 years of management experience across various industries
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities (executives, team leaders & managers welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Results-oriented and self-motivated
• Entrepreneurial spirit is highly valued
