Job Description:

As a Director, Managed Services here at SIS LLC, you will have full oversight on the day-to-day operations and lead services delivery to optimize client business operations. Your main responsibility would be to develop and implement processes, policies, and improvements in the delivery of customer support. The Director will also aid in creating various Delivery Accelerators for the team to provide repeatable services delivery. Qualifications
  • Develop and enhance service delivery, business process documentation and tools to ensure repeatability and standardization.
  • Alerting, escalation and management of internal and client risks.
  • Drive customer initiatives covering delivery performance, service improvements, quality, and processes.
  • Manage multiple client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop various learning aids to be used both internally by employees as well as for consultants to use in educating customers.
  • Cultivate and foster a relationship with Microsoft and other Partners.
  • Incident and escalation management. Manage all client priority incidents while providing ongoing email and voice communication, working with technology and business owners to resolve issues.
  • Identify, investigate, and implement new processes/tools/products/services for the improvement of managed services.
  • Coordination, communication, and supervision of the Managed Services team.
  • Process improvement and management.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of consulting managed services experience.
  • Breadth of functional knowledge within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 application for all functional areas.
  • Breadth of knowledge as to best practices and varied ways in which different business and industries perform the processes.
  • Depth of knowledge in managed services management, operations, and processes in a client serving capacity.
  • Other Qualifications
  • Executive-level interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Experience in forming and leading virtual teams and collaborating across large, matrix organizations.
  • Proven record of delivering business value from IT at an executive level.
  • Ability to provide a trusted voice at the decision-making table.
  • Fast learner/self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Effective listening, communication, and great analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
