Select products and seek potential partners at home and abroad according to the company's strategy, take charge of the introduction, marketing and strategic cooperation of innovative drug projects, and provide support and suggestions for the group's relevant decisions;
Responsible for organizing and coordinating various departments for project evaluation, project approval and due diligence, contacting target customers, contract drafting and business negotiation, facilitating signing, following up the cooperation progress of the project, coordinating and promoting the implementation of the project;
Pay attention to the dynamics of competitive products in the market, collect and sort out domestic and foreign pharmaceutical transactions, industry dynamics and other information, write and output analysis reports;
Do a good job of customer maintenance, develop channels, and maintain contact and communication with external potential partners;
Responsible for the overall management of overseas business expansion projects, the formulation of overseas BD strategic planning, that is, annual targets, budgets and implementation;
Responsible for assisting relevant departments in international exchanges, joint ventures and cooperation.
Qualifications:
Doctor degree or above in biology, pharmacy or clinical medicine;
At least 3 years of work experience at manager level, at least 8 years of relevant work experience at director level, and have comprehensive and complex BD practical experience in overseas R&D centers of multinational companies, Biotech companies or domestic leading pharmaceutical companies;
Work experience should cover R&D and innovative medicine BD work, familiar with the field of innovative medicine, with successful BD project and landing work experience, additional marketing work experience and business study experience is preferred;
Strong ability of planning, judgment, investment evaluation and risk control, familiar with domestic and foreign investment and financing work experience, familiar with relevant laws and regulations, and rich business development channels and resources;
Familiar with domestic and foreign pharmaceutical enterprises, industry development status and development trend, with strong market acumen and information capture ability;
Fluent in spoken and written English, with a US work permit;
Based in Boston, USA, able to adapt to a certain degree of business travel;
