Venture Search is partnered with a leading Investment Bank, recognized globally for its excellence in Secondaries. As a leader in the industry, they are expanding their Private Capital Advisory team by adding a senior individual to the team to focus on GP-led transactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of Secondaries transactions, including GP-led deals
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape within the Private Capital and Secondaries space.
- Work with the origination team to identify and onboard clients to the platform.
- Analyse and interpret relevant data to inform investment strategies and client recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the team's overall success.
- Identify potential risks associated with transactions and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Qualification
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Secondaries, at an Investment Bank or an Advisory firm.
- Proven track record in originating & executing GP-Led secondaries transactions.
- Strong LBO modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationship.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
