Global Government Affairs (GGA) is a pivotal group within Intel Legal, Trade and Government Affairs. The Policy and Regulatory Affairs team provides subject matter expertise in Artificial Intelligence, connectivity, cybersecurity, standards, Intellectual Property, manufacturing, and sustainability policies.
The Director, Manufacturing and Sustainability Policy will work with other policy experts on the Manufacturing and Sustainability team as well as government affairs professionals on Intel's GGA team to influence regulatory policies that impact Intel's manufacturing sites, especially in the areas of environmental and chemical regulations in the United States.
The Director, Manufacturing and Sustainability Policy will develop and implement strategic engagements with government officials, business and regulatory agencies, as well as key trade associations, working in close coordination with our regional government affairs teams and other policy experts, to advance and protect Intel's interests and policy agenda. This is a critical role in the GGA Manufacturing and Sustainability team to enhance Intel's reputation and ability to influence and promote a favorable business environment that enables growth and helps advance semiconductor manufacturing and technology leadership in the fields of sustainability, environmental and climate change policies.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Washington DC: $162,600.00-$284,620.00. Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role: This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
