Apply now for the position of Director, Market Insights, and you will own customer segment marketing analytics, product marketing analytics, drive annual MTA and MBR process, drive competitive intelligence and customer excellence initiatives.
This role is remote for candidates that reside in the US Northeast, however, travel to our Tarrytown, NY office will be required based on business need.
* You will effectively manage a team of market and competitive intelligence analysts to provide market and customer insights through analysis of internal and external data sources.
* You will contribute to the North America strategic planning process by providing market and competitive inputs (market size, growth, customer segments, competitor performance and positioning) based on market models which are built and maintained by the team.
* You will identify growth opportunities within market segments and product lines, investigate the competitive landscape and determine the unique position of Siemens Healthineers to grow share of wallet and win new business.
* You will identify and manage third party data sources needed to detect and monitor emerging market trends, including managing relationships to external analytic providers and associated budget.
* You will lead the competitive intelligence function by synthesizing data from various sources, and partnering with marketing and sales teams, to deliver clear, actionable insights that drive.
* You will work cross functionally with the NAM Marketing team to support Marketing Plan execution and to provide a fact basis for use as input to the instrument and reagent demand forecasting process.
Your expertise:
* Laboratory diagnostics industry experience is required.
* 7+ year's marketing or commercial analytics experience with extensive knowledge of laboratory diagnostics, customers, and competition.
* Experience managing direct reports is required.
* Minimum of BA/BS degree in medical health sciences (medical technology, biology, clinical chemistry, etc.), business, marketing or a related field.
* Experience working in a matrix environment, including the ability to lead and effectively collaborate across multiple marketing and sales organizations to build consensus and achieve business results
* Proven analytical skills with ability to draw insights from data and mastery of conceptualizing, visualizing and presenting your findings.
* Ability to travel (25%), as needed

The pay range for this position is $154,000 - $211,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (20%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
