We are looking for someone to join our team as a Director, Marketing Operations. Essential Functions

  • In concert with the VP of Marketing, develop an inbound marketing strategy; using personas and other tactics, set-up drip marketing campaign; track and report on the entire marketing funnel.
  • Supervise Marketing Managers and Email Coordinator; manage, build, and lead a strong team by coaching and recommending training and career development to best fit the needs of the department.
  • Working in collaboration with IT, own the marketing operations roadmap, ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customized to meet the needs of the marketing department.
  • Take the lead in meeting with program departments to recommend their marketing budgets; ensure marketing costs and conversions are tracked correctly.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for measuring leads, opportunities and tracking ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Meet quarterly with program departments to report on campaigns performances.
  • Partner with outsourced paid media teams to develop campaign strategies and ensure campaign ROI is correctly reported.
  • Continually work to develop and simplify systems and processes.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    Required Education and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience and Bachelors degree in related area is required. Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Proven experience with change management
  • Preferred Education and Experience

  • Familiarity with ASAE's tech stack (Hubspot, Teamwork, SmartSheet)
  • Work Authorization/Security ClearanceMust be able to work legally within the United States without sponsorship.
