What you will be doing
Our Enterprise Marketing team is searching for a Director, Marketing Product Management who will lead the development of our Martech and Adtech vision and the multi-year roadmaps that deliver new and connected digital solutions for marketing. As the single threaded leader for Marketing Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing solutions for targeted and one on one personalized marketing campaigns. Your expertise in product management, combined with deep understanding of the retail and grocery industry, will be instrumental in enhancing our digital marketing campaigns as we continue down our transformation towards one on one marketing.
The position will be based in Pleasanton, CA.

What we are searching for
The salary range is $220,000 to $250,000. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
