Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Director of Partner Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and packages that align with our content-driven approach. You will work closely with the content, ad product and sales teams to create compelling marketing packages that resonate with our target audience and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales marketing strategies to promote our content and advertiser driven offerings.
- Own the pre-sale marketing and packaging process for editorial ideas/franchises, built if sold concepts, ad products,tournaments/majors and branded content.
- Own the reactive proposal making process, with the end goal of making the most complete and desirable presentation decks for clients to react to.
- Assume responsibility for creation of presentation materials for all proactive and reactive packages.
- Collaborate with the sales team, editorial content creators and ad product teams to understand audience needs and tailor marketing initiatives/packages accordingly.
- Work with internal teams to properly price and execute marketing initiatives once developed.
- Create and manage engaging marketing collateral, including presentations, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Monitor and report on the performance of sales marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Work with the Sales team to build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to expand our reach.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns.
- Keep up with relevant social media news, updates, tools, platforms, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the media or content industry.
- Experience and comfort creating decks and other sales pitch materials.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

The salary range for this position is between $130,000 - 150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a commission eligible position with strong OTE potential.
