The Role: Executive Vice President, Director, Medical Strategy and Services

Medical and Strategic Leadership: As a key member of our global leadership team, you will define and shape our vision, positioning Caudex as a global centre of excellence. You will play a critical role in developing the agency's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business goals. As an innovator and thought leader, you will keep us at the forefront of the industry with strong points of view.

  • Client Partnerships: Strengthen and deepen strategic relationships, delivering innovative solutions that exceed client expectations and redefine possibilities. Your deep scientific expertise will enable you to drive impactful outcomes and foster lasting client partnerships.
  • Growth & Innovation: Lead business development efforts by providing strategic medical consultancy and pioneering innovations that drive new business and fuel growth. Your leadership will inspire a culture of innovation throughout the medical team and beyond.
  • Industry Impact: Cultivate and sustain impactful relationships with key industry partners, including MAPPS, ISMPP, and HCA, to enhance our influence and visibility within the industry.
  • Team Excellence: Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and unified culture by mentoring and developing our teams, ensuring they lead and excel in a dynamic industry. You will champion continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Product Development: Drive the creation of cutting-edge, multichannel solutions by collaborating across IPG Health to integrate the latest industry insights and advancements.

What You Bring:

  • Leadership Experience: You are an established leader in medical strategy and services with a distinguished career in agency environments. Your experience in managing significant client relationships and developing robust strategic plans is critical.
  • Strategic & Medical Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of strategic and medical dynamics, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams on a global scale. Your passion for developing talent and driving a high-performance culture is evident in your career achievements.

Salary $210,000 - $270,000

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
