The Global Business Alliance (GBA) is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated professional to lead its membership retention, engagement, and recruitment efforts. The Director of Membership is responsible for creating a seamless and impactful membership experience, ensuring strong retention rates, and attracting new members to the organization.
Position Overview
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director of Membership will oversee GBA's membership retention, recruitment, onboarding, outreach, and engagement strategies. The Director will also work closely with the Advocacy and Events teams to ensure a best-in-class membership experience, with a focus on leveraging data-driven insights and digital communication tools.
A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in database management and email marketing platforms, combined with excellent analytical and writing skills. This role requires the ability to anticipate project needs, deliver flawless work in a fast-paced environment, and maximize the organization's impact through technology-enabled solutions.
