**What Youll Do**

*The Director, Growth Hacking (Marketing) will support ELC Brands and regions reporting to the SVP, Ecommerce North America. This individual will play an integral role as part of an online acceleration project, with responsibility for strategy and execution of campaigns including: strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, analysis and optimization across the portfolio of Brands. By leveraging a deep understanding of retail media networks, this individual will be charged with driving sales in a retailer.com environment. The initial focus of this role will be to address opportunities to accelerate in the NA brand ecosystems.*

The ideal candidate is relentlessly metrics-driven, has a fine-tuned understanding of scaling efficient performance marketing across diverse channels (paid and organic), and is obsessed with optimizing every stage of the user's path to purchase. This role is designed for an experienced, data-driven marketing leader with experience leading growth marketing at a rapidly-scaling consumer brand, preferably a direct-to-consumer brand to support the Estee Lauder continuous digital transformation globally. He/she will leverage knowledge and expertise to help shape roadmap and capabilities of retailer partners to give ELC brands an advantaged position with omnichannel This role requires a systems thinker who can identify automation opportunities wherever possible, leveraging advanced capabilities in ML. This role requires a strategic thinker who can strike the right balance of hands on keyboard vs. hands off the wheel execution, and shape retailer capabilities to achieve this balance.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with GM/SVP, NA Ecommerce and Executive eCommerce Directors to craft high-performing direct-response campaigns that remain faithful to the essence of each brand

* Scale performance marketing across multiple channels email, SMS, paid social, display, search, SEO, affiliate, influencer, referral, print, direct mail, etc

* Defining and partnering with retail partners to define the best approach globally and support regional online brand teams. Sourcing, vetting, contract negotiation, and ongoing management of digital agencies and contractors.

* Driving sustainable CAC across all paid channels through constant A/B testing

* Own marketing analytics and insights, working with our data and engineering teams to build insightful dashboards and measure KPIs (CAC/LTV, retention) that drive growth and revenue

* Work with the rest of the executive team to set and report on quarterly and annual marketing budgets and revenue targets, and present to top leadership.

* Constant testing of innovative new channels for customer acquisition

* Work closely with our Global Product team to implement constant funnel testing to maximize site conversion for each brand of the group

**Qualifications**

**What Were Looking For:**

* 10+ years experience in acquisition and product marketing for a large consumer brand or fast growing DTC brand, e-commerce strongly preferred.

* Experience leading a growth / acquisition marketing team, establishing best practices and scaling

* Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, ROAS, CPA, CPC & LTV)

* Track record of performance with an obsessive persistence hitting target metrics

* Able to think both strategically and have the agility to change direction quickly

* Creative with an eye for design (physical and digital UX/UI)

* Self-motivated. Ability to identify and solve problems without direction

* Excellent communicator with a high EQ

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* Inherently analytical and data-driven
