Business Development ManagerHospitality Recruiting & Consulting We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele in the hospitality, health, and wellness space. The ideal candidate will
  • Be responsible for driving business growth through developing relationships with key decision makers within hotels, resorts, spas, medical facilities, and more.
  • Be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand the company's offerings and align strategies to target key markets and industries.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients seeking to fill executive hospitality positions and develop projects in hospitality, health, and wellness. Responsibilities
  • Opportunity identification. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and trends.
  • Client relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their business needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Strategic planning. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and achieve business goals.
  • Market research. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Sales strategy. Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive business development and achieve sales targets.
  • Reporting and analysis. Regularly review and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements and skills
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role, ideally in the hospitality industry
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
