Essential Responsibilities Provide coaching for teachers to enhance their instructional practices Incorporating assessments and data to drive instruction Supporting teachers to deepen their practice in areas such as reading, ELA and Math Curriculum development Collaboration with administration, adaptation of curriculum responsive to student needs Envisioning and conveying the organizations strategic future to key stakeholders Plan, organize and conduct training conferences and workshops
Desired Qualificationso The successful candidate will have a BA as well as a graduate degree in fields related to education and/or their subject area. Experience with education of children with learning differences is strongly preferred.o 5+ years teaching, administrative and leadership experienceo Strong work ethic and high degree of integrityo Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skillso Strong communication and writing skillso Strategic planning and executiono Competencies in child cognitive and linguistic development, curricular standards and effective instructiono Ability to create innovative programmingo Experience in curriculum development and planning
