Position: The Director will provide leadership and vision for the Business Office of the College. The Director is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Business Office functions, including general ledger, A/P, A/R, purchasing, payroll/benefits administration, financial statements, and annual audit preparation. The Director supervises a staff of six and maintains the general ledger module in the College's software system. The Director will also be a member of several cross-functional teams at the College.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and five years of progressively responsible management experience required. The successful candidate should possess advanced knowledge of FASB, GASB, and Single Audit preparation, a demonstrated ability for high-level decision-making and problem-solving in multiple areas of responsibility, written and oral communication skills, the ability to multi-task effectively and be comfortable working with technology. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
