Noor Staffing is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee day-to-day accounting & finance operations but also lead a number of special projects and growth initiatives. It's a great opportunity for someone with an extensive finance background who wants a true leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Manage team responsible for monthly/quarterly/weekly reporting, P&Ls, balance sheets, forecasting, and bank reconciliations
• Oversee complex billing matters & ensure billing is compliant with client engagements
• Internal audits of expenses
• Collaborating with CEO and other leadership on prospective acquisitions, including reviewing P&L, verifying AR, verifying bank statements, and completing onboarding of acquisitions
• Manage 2-3 direct reports + additional offshore indirect reports

Qualifications

• Experience in a very high volume AR/AP industry
• GAAP Accounting knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working for a multi-state company or similar complex organization preferred
