HumanN is hiring, and we are looking for a talented Director of Acquisition to join our expanding team! This role will lead and accelerate business growth by driving the strategy, development, and execution of the company's digital acquisition initiatives.This role will focus on the acquisition of new customers through optimizing and expanding the channel mix, improving conversion and leveling up forecasting, tracking & reporting, and thoroughly understanding/improving Human's LTV: CAC ratio to inform acquisition strategies that pursue and capture the most valuable customers.The Director of Acquisition will be responsible for crafting strategies and a comprehensive Digital Sales Plan to drive substantial digital revenue growth across channels such as Meta, TikTok, programmatic, PPC, CTV, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.At its core, this is a performance marketing role, focusing on identifying and scaling high-growth opportunities through paid and owned digital media channels.Who You Are:

Responsibilities:
- Establish Humann's B2C performance marketing strategy, including defining KPIs, audience segmentation, and media mix
- Create and implement a holistic digital acquisition strategy across diverse channels, including paid search, social media, display, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
- Lead a growing team to plan, execute, and measure performance marketing campaigns across social, search, display, and above-the-line media
- Manage external agency relationships, ensuring alignment with company goals and optimizing agency performance to drive customer acquisition.
- Identify and implement processes to streamline operations and scale core acquisition channels more effectively.
- Recommend A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve funnel efficiency and maximize customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute against learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing and analysis
- Oversee media budgets, forecast monthly costs, and ensure accurate reconciliation of spend discrepancies.
- Evaluate and manage vendors and tools to execute an effective performance marketing program
- Evangelize relevant and notable learnings, best practices, and operating procedures across marketing and creative teams:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, creative, and content, to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all digital acquisition channels.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing within the ecommerce space, including preferably in health and wellness and/or subscription-based brands.
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results (in terms of CPA, LTV, CTR, conversions, and ROAS) through testing and optimization
- Expertise in managing budgets and forecasts in customer acquisition
- Deep understanding of capabilities within paid media and how to effectively leverage the different capabilities
- This position is located in Austin, TX. Local candidates, or those willing to relocate, are highly preferred.
