Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Administrative Services/Chief Financial Officer. Responsible for planning, developing, communicating, and administering the fiscal control activities of RCHD and serves as the Administrative Division Director. The DAS/CFO leads and assures compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements, including budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cost & statistical data analysis, audits and supervises related employees, providing leadership and direction to the division. The DAS/CFO continuously reviews fiscal and budgetary data, looking for more efficient ways to improve overall operations across divisions to include new options for fiscal stability. The DAS/CFO must be familiar with activities & operations across and into all divisions of the RCHD, establishing working relationships and accountability for fiscal soundness.
The DAS/CFO originates and leads practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, quality performance culture that emphasizes quality and productivity, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a strong, competent workforce, all in support of our mission and division. This position serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
· At least three years of progressive finance and accounting management experience, with direct supervisory experience
· Proven ability to analyze cost & statistical data & develop meaningful management reports
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have a valid State of Ohio driver's license and remain insurable in accordance with the agency's insurance policy.
· Ability to pass a B.C.I. Background Check.
· Ability to pass a drug screening.
· Notary Public with a current registration preferred, but not required.
