We are looking to hire a Director of Admissions to join our team of skilled health care professionals at our skilled nursing facility in West Babylon! Responsibilities: Create Daily CensusConfirm admission dateGet referrals approved by DON respond as promptly as possibleDevelop relations w/ hospitals' social workers & case managersKeep a daily census of patients who are registered at the facility. This concise record of the physical whereabouts of each patient must be accurate.
