Position Overview:

The Director of Admissions will lead and manage all aspects of the campus-level admissions and enrollment activities with the Head of School or Principal, ensuring all tours are conducted using approved Spring Education Group admissions practices. This role will interface with prospective student families to support their decision to attend/select a school and will secure applications whenever possible.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews with prospective student families, evaluating their needs and qualifications while providing clear information.
  • Present information regarding the school's programs and tuition in a factual and ethical manner.
  • Provide supervision and leadership to key stakeholders in the enrollment process.
  • Coordinate tours to ensure optimal engagement between prospective families and school representatives.
  • Achieve expected goals and objectives on the Monthly Performance Review.
  • Assist families through the admissions process in accordance with applicable regulations and school policies.
  • Problem-solve and address shortfalls against enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with Stratford leaders to create and execute lead generation events.
  • Create event flyers and execute a distribution plan.
  • Engage with the community to build brand awareness.
  • Oversee social media pages for the four San Francisco schools.
  • Manage CRM system input and upkeep.
  • Operate within the company's mission and values.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure high-level service.
  • Provide coaching and training to campus staff.
  • Manage one's own schedule to meet customer and business needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma/GED
    • 3-4 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, preferably in relationship and/or consultative sales, and/or 1 year of internal admissions experience.
    • Mandarin speaking is preferred.
