Director of Admissions The successful candidate for this position will work on-campus in Rochester, MN. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$112,000, commensurate with experience. Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, the Director of Admissions is the lead admissions professional on the University of Minnesota Rochester campus and manages the Office of Admissions, including high school and community relations, undergraduate recruitment and services, the campus visit program, and office operations. Major responsibilities include the development, design, and implementation of strategic enrollment management and recruitment efforts to support the University's goals for new undergraduate students as well as the establishment of a diverse student body. The Director of Admissions is responsible for undergraduate admission policy, supervision of applications processing, and leveraging of the customer relationship management (CRM) strategies. Critical functions include directing the recruitment, admissions, and matriculation of applicants to meet enrollment goals, develop and implement strategies that yield broadly representative student populations and provide leadership and direction for professional staff. The Director will work to develop and sustain relationships with key constituents, including prospective students, parents, high school and independent counselors, alumni, and community college partners.
