Advancement Operations Position Summary:The Director of Advancement Operations and Communications is responsible for managing a comprehensive prospect identification, stewardship, and donor communication program. Working collaboratively with NYBG staff, the Director will ensure that NYBGs individual and institutional donors at all levels receive appropriate recognition and communication. Partnership is vital to this positions success. As such, the Director is expected to be a collaborative and strategic member of the Institutional Advancement department and the Advancement Operations team. Internally, the Director is a diligent, proactive, well-organized leader and administrator. Externally, they are an enthusiastic advocate for NYBGs work and mission.
