Thank you for your interest in employment with Southeastern Louisiana University.Southeastern Louisiana University's Office of the Vice President of University Advancement invites applications for the position of Director of Advancement Operations. The Director is responsible for comprehensive reporting for the Division of University Advancement, overseeing gift and data integrity, and leading the management of the Division's technology, including, but not limited to, its Blackbaud suite of products, Evertrue, and ThankView. The Director is responsible for defining yearly goals and objectives, setting the strategic direction for database management, and developing and maintaining the strategic plan for Advancement Operations. The Director is expected to build Best-in-Class programs within each area of Advancement Operations, championing customer service and supporting all Division departments in their database, reporting, and prospect research needs.As the University approaches its centennial year, this role takes on an even greater significance. With a century of achievements behind us, we look forward to a future of growth and expansion as we step confidently into our next hundred years. This position reports to the Senior Director of Development and has supervisory responsibilities. It is expected that all normal duties and assigned tasks will be completed both remotely and in office. The ability to work remotely remains at the discretion of the supervisor.
