The Director of Advancement Services manages numerous functions within College Advancement and is a key member of the Advancement Leadership Team. Responsibilities include oversight for the administration of constituent records and data quality, research and prospect management, gift processing and acknowledgements, database management, data and reporting services, technology and systems, systems infrastructure, systems training support . Manage the creation of donor directed funds and the appropriate administration of gift agreements. Fulfill SUNY and other external reporting obligations.Percentage Of Time 15Job Duty/ ResponsibilityFunction 2: Oversee the daily opertation of the advancement databases and software platforms. Implement best practices for project management including technology management, maximizing workflow efficiencies, ensuring effective and efficient policies and procedures to meet compliance standards. Ensure systems accuracy in tracking annual and campaign goals. Develop and refine processes for operational efficiences and effectiveness that maintain data integrity and support advancement initiatives. Work with senior leadership to assess, evaluate and continually improve the stewardship program. Assist in tracking and reporting engagement metrics.
