This role is eligible to participate in Zenith's hybrid work schedule, providing the flexibility to work from home on select days of the week according to the in-office schedule established by regional executive leadership. Selected candidate must be able to report into the Woodland Hills, California office on a weekly basis.

A Brief Overview

The Director of Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics will be responsible for establishing an AI strategy and creating frameworks and processes to leverage AI technologies throughout the organization. This role is crucial in driving innovation and keeping the company competitive in the rapidly evolving field of AI.

What you will do
  • Provide strategic leadership and vision for the data analytics team, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
  • Bring specialized knowledge and expertise in AI technologies and methodologies, understanding the latest trends, tools, and best practices in AI.
  • Develop the skills and capabilities of the data analytics team, mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Partner with the data analytics team and other business and technology stakeholders, communicating the value and impact of AI initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse “big data” sources.
  • Develop and code software programs, algorithms, and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets.
  • Identify meaningful insights from large data sources and communicate findings to product, service, and business managers.
  • Work with multiple types of business data and partner with IT and business units for data analysis and experiments.
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field required.
  • Master's Degree in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning is a plus.
Experience Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible related experience with a Bachelor's degree required, or
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible related experience with a Master's degree required.
Skills and Abilities
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, and R for building and implementing models.
  • Business Skills: Understanding of organizational behavior and the ability to work in a corporate environment.
  • Leadership Skills: A strong track record of decision-making and policy development is crucial for leadership roles.

The expected salary range for this position is $211,965.38 to $235,517.09. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
