Your Executive Mission
As theDirector of Behavioral Health, you'll be a key member of our executive leadership team, blending strategic oversight with hands-on clinical expertise. This unique role offers the flexibility to craft your ideal balance of leadership and patient care, tailored to your strengths and our organization's needs.
Key Executive Responsibilities (60-80% of your role)
- Strategic Visionary:Shape and execute the overarching behavioral health strategy, aligned with our organization's mission and goals.
- C-Suite Collaborator:Work directly with the CEO and executive peers to drive organizational success and integrated care initiatives.
- Program Architect:Design and implement a cutting-edge, comprehensive behavioral health program across multiple sites.
- Team Builder:Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of behavioral health professionals.
- Innovation Champion:Spearhead the integration of behavioral health into primary care, pioneering new models of care delivery.
Clinical Excellence (20-40% of your role)
- Provide direct patient care, leveraging your expertise in ADHD and neurodevelopmental disorders for both children and adults.
- Maintain your clinical edge while setting the standard for evidence-based care across the organization.

- California Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)with a passion for community health and executive leadership
