What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of benefits managers and specialists to deliver best-in-class health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Develop and execute strategies for innovative benefit programs tailored to diverse workforces nationwide.
- Partner with top-tier benefits consultants to review coverage options, negotiate rates, and align with business strategies.
- Oversee policy creation, open enrollment, and program renewals, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Collaborate with carriers, service providers, and internal leaders to optimize benefits results.
- Champion the employee experience by creating efficient processes and delivering exceptional support.
- Mentor and grow your team, fostering professional development and operational excellence.
- Utilize data-driven insights to streamline benefits administration and inform strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of leadership in benefits management, including multi-state responsibilities.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of benefits policies, trends, and compliance requirements across diverse jurisdictions.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel mastery preferred) and a knack for data-driven problem-solving.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, develop, and inspire teams while driving organizational success.
- Strategy: A visionary mindset with the ability to align benefits programs with broader business objectives.
- Execution: Strong organizational and communication skills to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments.
