We are seeking a visionary Director of Brand & Creative to be the voice of the company and our CEO, ensuring our messaging resonates across all audiences. This leader will shape the company's brand narrative, maintain consistency in our creative strategies, and champion our cultural values through impactful storytelling. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, you will craft compelling messages that reflect our mission, engage key stakeholders, and inspire our workforce. This person will be hyper focused on creating content that appeals to law enforcement and fire safety professionals through a variety of social medial channels.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Brand Strategy & Development
-Develop and execute an innovative brand strategy that elevates the company's profile and strengthens its market position.
-Communications that capture our audience and appeal directly to our customer.
-Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints, from advertising campaigns to corporate communications.
Creative Leadership
-Lead the creative team to design and deliver world-class campaigns, visuals, and content that embody the company's vision.
-Oversee production of all marketing materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and drive engagement.
Voice of the Company
-Act as a key communicator, crafting and amplifying the CEO's voice in speeches, thought leadership, and public engagements.
-Partner with the CEO to develop messaging for media interviews, press releases, and investor communications.
Content Strategy
-Develop a cohesive content strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and values.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content for web, social media, and traditional channels.
Stakeholder Engagement
-Foster relationships with internal teams, partners, and external agencies to bring the brand's vision to life.
-Building strong relationships with our Sales leadership and has an understanding of our sales cycle.
-Serve as a bridge between the executive team and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment and shared vision.
Team Leadership
-Mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing and creative team.
-Drive a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence within the department.
