How you will make an impact
- Drive Insurify's evolution from a leader in performance marketing to a consumer brand that acquires a more balanced marketing mix. - Develop the company's brand strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Help us balance short and long term goals.
- Recognize and develop high impact visual and static ad creative. Work with agencies, media partners, and internal creative teams.
- Upgrade the organization's capacity to create high-impact creatives with consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Excellence in brand marketing channels (e.g. TV, OTT/CTV, YouTube, and Social)
- Ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with product, SEO, communications, and retention lifecycle marketing to ensure brand alignment across all customer touchpoints.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
Who you are
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in B2C consumer tech or direct-to-consumer industries.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and cross-channel marketing strategies. Hands-on ability to implement as necessary.
- Ability to identify and deliver high impact creative for direct response and awareness.
- Expertise in TV, OTT/CTV, OLV, YouTube, Meta, and Social with $5mm+ annual budget. Expertise can manifest in strategy, messaging, creative, data, and current trends.
- Self service SQL and business intelligence proficiency.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, strong vendor management, and the ability to identify what tools are needed.
