They have around 20 US employees and a much larger business globally.Job DescriptionReporting into the Global Chief Executive Officer overseas, the Branding Director will lead the global creative direction, messaging, and visual identity, while working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and communications, to elevate the brand's visibility and reputation.Main duties and responsibilities include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with the company's mission and values.
Oversee brand positioning, visual identity, messaging, and tone across all channels.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and innovation.
Lead brand-related campaigns, content creation, and advertising initiatives.
Monitor and analyze brand performance and industry trends, making data-driven decisions to enhance brand perception.
Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and creative partners.The Successful ApplicantIn return for a competitive remuneration package, the successful candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of strong experience in branding (promotion, media relations, channel development)
Extensive global branding experience in the B2B sector
Strong leadership, creative, and communication skills
Proven track record in developing successful branding strategies
Ability to work from home 100% of the time (in the USA).What's on Offer
