Excellent opportunity for a Design Manager with experience in bridge design to move into a Director position, taking on increased responsibility and autonomy within a reputable and growing company while receiving amazing compensation and benefits.

This firm is now industry-leading, focusing across a wide variety of civil projects with a strong team of engineers located in Boston, MA. Due to winning a number of high-value, lucrative contracts, they are looking to recruit a motivated Director to join their loyal team.
This position will be based in Boston, MA with the opportunity to work hybrid 2 days a week. You will have the responsibility to manage a team of 20 engineers and project managers, reporting directly to a VP, train and upskill the team, collaborate with clients, and hire new staff.
